Formal requirements

Can apply for access to the cycle of studies leading to the master degree:
- Holders of a degree in law or legal equivalent;
- Holders of a degree not referenced in a) whose curriculum vitae and experience demonstrate adequate preparation in basic terms and conditions established by the Scientific Council;
- Holders of a foreign academic degree conferred following a course of study organized according to the principles of the Bologna Process by a State adhering to this process;
- Holders of a foreign academic degree that is recognized as meeting the objectives of a degree by the competent scientific body of the higher education institution where they wish to be admitted; or
- Holders of an academic, scientific or professional curriculum vitae that is recognized as attesting the capacity to carry out this cycle of studies by the competent scientific body of the higher education institution where they wish to be admitted.
