Departament of the Public Legal Sciences
Public Juridical Sciences' Department is one of the Law School's organizational subunits, along with Private Juridical Sciences' Department and General Juridical Sciences' Department.The department focuses, through academic instruction and legal research, topics organized into several Public Law nuclei (lato sensu) including: Constitutional Law and Political Science, Public Administrative Law, Financial, Fiscal or Taxation Law, European Law and European Integration, Criminal Law and Criminal Law, and most recently Procedural and Civil Rights Law.
