Description


The Master’s program of Administrative Law aspires to, over a two-year period, (including 1 year of dissertation), bestow upon law graduates, solid theoretical and practical knowledge that will permit academic activity, the integration of Public Administration boards or the practice of Law. The School of Law thus demonstrates that it is aware of the various realities related to the classic themes of Administrative Law, to the change of the paradigms that affect certain administrative areas, as well the dominion of administrative procedural guarantees. Masters in Administrative Law are capable of continuing their studies in order to obtain certain academic degrees and to practise various functions of a legal nature.

This Master degree provides basic training to carry out a course of 3rd cycle (PhD) in the same scientific area, or other areas

Formal requirements


Can apply for access to the cycle of studies leading to the master degree:
a) Law degree or legal equivalent;
b) Degree not referred to in sub-heading a) as long as CV and experience demonstrate adequate, basic preparation, in the terms defined by the Scientific Council of the School of Law;
c) Higher education degree conferred by a foreign country, succeeding a cycle of studies organized according to the principles of the Bologna Process by a State subscribed to this Process;
d) Higher education degree conferred by a foreign country that satisfies the objectives of title-holders of a degree by the Scientific Organ of the Higher-Education Establishment where they deem to be admitted; or
e) Academic, scientific or professional CV demonstrating the capacity necessary for the attainment of this cycle of studies by the Scientific Organ of the Higher-Education Establishment where they deem to be admitted.
