Formal requirements

Can apply for access to the cycle of studies leading to the master degree:
- Title-holders of Law degree or legal equivalent;
- Degrees not referred to in a) & b) when their curriculum vitae and experience demonstrate adequate, basic preparation, in the terms defined by the Scient. Council of School of Law;
- Higher education degree conferred by foreign country, succeeding cycle of studies organized accordingly to the principles of Bologna by a State subscribed to this Process;
- Higher education degree conferred by a foreign country and recognized for its satisfaction of the objectives of title-holders of degree by the suitable Scientific Organ of the Higher-Education Establishment where they deem to be admitted; or
- Academic, scientific or professional cv which demonstrates the capacity necessary for the attainment of this cycle of studies by the suitable Scientific Organ of the Higher-Education Establishment where they deem to be admitted.
