Formal requirements

Can apply for access to the cycle of studies leading to the master/specialist degree:
a) Holders of a bachelor's degree in Law or legal equivalent;
b) Holders of a bachelor's degree not referred to in point a) provided that their curriculum vitae and experience demonstrate an adequate basic preparation in the terms and conditions defined by the Scientific Council;
c) Holders of a foreign higher academic degree conferred following a study cycle organized in accordance with the principles of the Bologna process by a State adhering to this Process;
d) Holders of a foreign higher academic degree that is recognized as satisfying the objectives of the bachelor's degree by the scientific body competent in the establishment of the higher education where they want to be admitted;
e) Holders of a school, scientific or professional curriculum that is recognized as attesting capacity to carry out this cycle of studies by the scientific body with statutory competence in the higher education institution where they wish to be admitted.
