Formal requirements

May apply to have access to the cycle of studies:
a) Holders of a graduation in Law or legal equivalent;
b) Holders of a foreign academic degree of higher studies not referred in a), obtained through a cycle of studies organized in accordance with the Principles of the Bologna Process by a State having adhered to such Process;
c) Holders of a foreign degree of higher studies not referred in a) provided it is recognized as fulfilling the purposes of the graduation by the competent scientific organ of the establishment of higher education where they want to be admitted; or
d) Holders of a CV, either scientific or professional, recognized as attesting capacity for the successful accomplishment of this cycle of studies by the competent scientific organ of the establishment of higher education where they want to be admitted.
