Formal requirements


Can apply for access to this cycle of studies:
a) Title-holders of Law degree or legal equivalent;
b) Title-holders of degree in Philosophy, Economics, Political Science and International Relations based on terms defined by Scientific Council of Law School;
c) Title-holders of degrees not referenced to in a) and b) when their CV and experience demonstrate adequate, basic preparation, in terms defined by Scientific Council of the Law School;
d) Title-holders of degree conferred by a foreign country, succeeding a cycle of studies organized according to the principles of Bologna by a State subscribed to this Process;
e) Title-holders of degree conferred by a foreign country and recognized for its satisfaction of the objectives of title-holders of degree by the suitable Scientific Organ of the Higher-Education Establishment where they deem to be admitted;
f) Title-holders of an academic, scientific or professional CV which demonstrates capacity for the attainment of this cycle of studies by the suitable Scientific Organ of Higher-Education Establishment where they deem to be admitted.
